The previous tenant moved out and left all the furniture, appliances, as well as food, drinks, plants, etc. Our team first had to remove all the items to a dumpster, then do a deep clean. This included the grill vents, fryers, and other cooking surfaces. We also cleaned out the refrigerators and freezer spaces. The floors had grease and food debris, so we did a deep clean on the tile as well. The new owners were pleased that they were able to have a clean facility for the upcoming health inspection.
