Office Cleaning And Parking Lot Striping Services in Merit

A restaurant moved out of a space and the owners wanted to have the floors deep-cleaned to be ready for new tenants.  We mopped the floors, dusted the walls and cleaned behind the bar area. The area looked great so they could show it to new potential customers.  

The client needed the gutter manufacturing facility cleaned. We stripped and polished the floors as well as removed metal shavings from the manufacturing areas.  We power-washed the parking lot.  The interior of the warehouse also needed striping to make it safer using industrial-grade paint.

We were called to this restaurant in Richardson to do a deep clean includng the equipment, floors, kitchen, and the restrooms.  The windows also needed cleaning in the dining area.  They were grateful to have a cleaner, healthier restaurant for both the customers and employees.

The customer contacted us because the warehouse floor had existing striping that needed to be removed.  We power-washed the surface and applied a solution to remove all old paint.  They were so pleased with the final product and how clean the floors looked when we were done.

The interior spaces of the facility had stained concrete and it had developed dirt and debris that was causing the stained concrete area to look dingy.  We scrubbed the floor and removed the scuff marks.  Then we added wax to reseal the area.  They were so grateful the area regained it's luster and shine.
