Office Cleaning & Janitorial Services in Dallas, Texas

The loading dock at a local manufacturing facility had accumiated debris and had trash around the building. We power washed the dumpster and compactor areas with our high pressure power washing machines and eco-friendly cleaners.   The oil from the trucks and leaks from food waste was removed, leaving a safer and better smelling work area.  We also washed the area windows, making the entire facility a more welcoing area to work.  They also had a spider issue in some area so we dusted and power washed these areas along the baseboards and walls as well.

A local bar was taking over an existing space and had done a lot of renovations to get it ready.  We were contacted to help do a pre-opening deep cleaning of the entire facility from top to bottom. To avoid the daily work, our team came in overnight to perform the deep clean. We started with the outdoors areas, including the patio and outdoor furniture.  For the indoor spaces, we did a deep vacuum and shampoo for the carpeted areas.  We also did a deep clean for the bathrooms, including the walls, to remove dust. The food prep and bar areas required a deep scrub of the floors and cleaning of the countertops.  Once completed, the areas were ready for their health department inspection.

The company called us to do a deep clean below the racks in the warehouse for a yearly cleaning.  We helped them prepare for an upcoming inspection.  They moved all racks and food storage equipment so we could remove all food spills and waste.  Floors were then scrubbed and disinfected.  The facility looked great and was ready for the inspector after our team completed the deep cleaning.

The outdoor patio area of a warehouse needed a deep cleaning to ensure the employees have a clean place to gather and eat. We powerwashed the metal tables and concrete floor area, resulting in a clean space for the employees to enjoy lunch and break times.

A professional bus company was having issues with several of their buses leaking oil and other fluids so they reached out to us to have the parking lot and customer waiting area power-washed. The result was a clean and inviting area for employees and customers to gather while waiting to board the bus.

We were honored to help with a homeless women's pregnancy center. We stripped and waxed the floors of the living areas, including the kitchen, bedrooms, hallways, and chapel on both floors. After it was completed, it was a more sanitary and beautiful living area for the mothers-to-be.

The company called us for a small warehouse cleaning. The previous tenants had left the building dingy and had not removed all their items when they moved out. We scrubbed the floors, did high dusting, scrubbed the walls, and did a general cleaning from the previous tenant, including trash removal. The owners were grateful that the space was clean and ready for the new tenant who was moving in soon after.

The client was having an audit and needed the windows cleaned.  We cleaned ~50 windows on the one-story structure.  They were so grateful that the windows and drive-up appeal of the structure were improved after cleaning.
